Theyre just as light and breathable as a standard surgical mask, but they feel more fitted and look a lot more put-together for every day wear. They don't fog up my glasses quite as much either. So it probably filters or at least blocks unfiltered airflow better than the other masks I've worn.
It performs about the same for keeping out dust and pollen, which is great for allergy season (as I have worse year-round allergies than almost anyone else I know, and they get even worse Feb-May).
I feel like my friends and coworkers are safe from catching anything from me, unknowingly, so I have some peace of mind. As a small bonus, I'm sneezing less in public, and I look better. So definitely switching to these long-term

The mask is very uniquely designed great quality. But if you have a slightly shorter jawline you might have to shorten the loops on each side of your face. For a snugger fit.
