Shipping Policy

masklab™️  understands the urgency of your orders, and we'll do our very best to deliver in the fastest time possible. 

WILL YOU SHIP ORDERS ANYWHERE?

On our masklab.us website, we offer shipping to addresses within the United States, U.S. Territories (including Puerto Rico, the US Virgin Islands, Guam, etc.), and Canada. For shipping to any other international destinations, please visit masklab.hk.

STANDARD DELIVERY

Due to the high volume of orders we are receiving, Shipping and Local Delivery orders may be delayed. All orders should ship within 3-5 business days after being placed. Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be sent to via email. We apologize for any inconvenience and are trying our absolute best to ensure everyone gets their order as soon as possible. 

All domestic orders will be shipped USPS or UPS Ground unless otherwise specified. We offer faster shipping options for every item. Shipping upgrade costs vary and can be determined during the checkout process, before any credit card details are needed. Free shipping on standard delivery will be offered for orders with 4 boxes or more. Upgrades from standard delivery will not be included in our free shipping policy.

Orders shipping to PO Boxes are always shipped via the US Postal Service (USPS). All standard shipping and service rates apply.

Canada orders may occasionally be subject to longer transit time caused by ground or air freight delay, customs hold, or any other unforeseen complications outside of our control. Additionally, you may be responsible for any duties and taxes on products shipping to Canada.

LOST PACKAGES

We are responsible for your new purchase until it reaches the Post Office. In the case that your shipment is lost or damaged in transit, you are responsible to file the claim with UPS/ USPS. 

Please make sure your address is correct before placing order we will not be responsible for incorrect addresses.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We know sometimes you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your masklab™️ purchase, you can return your item(s) for a full refund of the product's purchase price less the original shipping costs within 30 days. The customer will be responsible for return shipping costs. masklab™️ reserves the right to refuse to extend our 30 day mask guarantee to anyone we judge to be abusing it. Please email us at hello@masklab.us before returning an item, so a return authorization can be issued.

SALES TAX

We are required by law to collect sales tax for deliveries in certain states.
